"Said fixed the leaking pump but noted that there were some hazardous conditions caused by the way the unit was originally installed. Suggested that I call PG&E for a safety inspection. Did so and they confirmed that there were indeed small gas leaks due to faulty and ancient installations. PG&E did repairs and I am getting proposal for repair of the 90 year old gas lines. Really appreciate Said's thoroughness and honesty. Could not recommend anyone more highly!

"Jim's Air Systems had the best value for my dollar. They supplied me with better equipment than they quoted for the same price. They completed the entire installation in about five hours. They protected my floors with tarps and were very careful to protect my walls as they moved equipment in and out. Josh, the son of the original Jim, was on the job working with the other two installers. They performed above my expectations. They left my home and yard as clean as if they had never been there. The new furnace is wonderful and is already saving me money on my P.G. & E. bill. I would recommend Jim's Air Systems unconditionally to anyone in need of a new furnace and AC system. This is a family business that has been supplying and installing systems since 1976. They take personal pride in doing an excellent job. They did not sell me anything that I did not need and provided me with a much cleaner and easier-to-service installation than my existing system. They are the best!"

"I was so pleased with this company! Victor came out at 9:00 on a Wednesday night, determined that I needed a part for my AC, said he anticipated it should be in by Friday. What do you know...on Thursday at 6:00 p.m., I received a call saying a technician could install the part. By 7:00, voila, I had air conditioning!!! Jorge told me Victor absolutely impressed upon him that I needed AC...tonight. Many thanks for the prompt, friendly service and detailed explanations. "My job was cleaning of Air Ducts and dryer vent which is not on the drop down list provided. I spoke with several companies to see about quotes and scheduling. a clean out for my dryer vent before I had a new dryer installed. Silicon Valley Air Experts called me right away, listened to the job and provided a transparent initial assessment and cost estimate. While talking to them I also learned about cleaning all the air ducts, which I hadn't done in some time. They showed up on time, completed all of the work efficiently and cleaned up afterward. I plan to use them again in the future. It was a wonderful experience."

"I needed to have techs come back to fix 2 issues after the install, one was a loose wire connection going to the fan asm. and the other was a rain / water leak from the roof hood covering the air input / exit. In both cases, the techs found and fix the issues in a timely manner and their troubleshooting was spot on¦. The install did take time but it was impressive to watch them remove a 40 years old unit and install a new one.¦"
